My flex box is displaying an ent-22011. I finally contacted support and this is what they said: “It’s loading signals and it takes one hour for diagnostics and appropriate resolutions to complete. your services should be restored within one hour” then sent me a ticket number and text and said if it’s still acting up then call a tech out to come look.Aug 31, 2022 · My flex box is displaying an ent-22011.
