She was born December 14, 1931 in the Town of Rantoul, daughter of the late Gilbert & Edna (Paul) Hephner. Dorothy proudly graduated from Chilton High School and later married the love of her life, Donald Bowe in June of 1948 at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Chilton. Harold L.
