While the 10 locations don't cover every lighting scenario in skyrim, it does cover a good representative portion of all possible scenarios.What happens is that Aequinoctium (I believe we both spelled it right) has its own water effects. For my taste is too fantasy looking and that's why I prefer Rustic Weathers or Obsidian. Especially Obsidian combined with Noble Skyrim, it looks really good and can be used with water mods.
