I knew i wanted to be a doc since I could walk, but recently i stumbled across the combined md/phd degree. I love people, especially kids and I know I want to be some type of pediatric surgeon. But at the same time, I enjoy knowing the whole picture, which is why I do enjoy research at the same time.
