I just noticed that the sight plate and rear sight on my new acquisition seems to have a distressed finish (like the…A few different models of P365s and P320s have this. However some versions of these guns do not have this. The P320 X-Compact had it sight on the plate. The P320 X-Compact RXP Did not. The same thing went on with the P365XL. The stock XL, all of which are optics ready, had the sight on the plate. The Spectra Comp did not.The only problem is the loss of co-witness with iron sights. Unfortunately, Trijicon's RMR and RMRcc lack integrated rear sights. Also, the plate raises the height of the sight by about 3/16" above the 365XL's slide cut for the RomeoZero, so even suppressor height Sig sights are too short when using the plate. It does not appear that you have to remove the back plate or the striker as you do on the P320 X-Compact. I believe the Romeo Zero is installed from the top of the slide.I would use a sight pusher tool.
