You only need two tools in life -- WD-40 and duct tape.Using a fluke 87 meter, I get 0.140 volts out of the ignition pulse generator. All power and grounds are good. If the regulator goes bad it will kill the ignition spark. You can't test them and that is not something you'll find in the manual. Spark plug, air filter, fuel pump and filter, check the fuel lines for blockage, add clean fuel and put some seafoam in the gas. It still starts right up but after about 10 seconds it dies. I slowly push on the throttle and get the RPMs up really high and it just shuts down during the high rev.2007 TRX400FA Rancher-No Spark after carb replacement.
