My Xfinity plan gets up to 1.2 GB of download. Since installing the S33 modem about a week ago, I'm only seeing downloads around 100mbps.I also updated the firmware to V1.0.0.52_1.0.81. The device driver is also updated. None of these fixed my problem. However I did eventually notice that my 2.4GHz and 5 GHz LED lights are both blinking differently that what I remember. In the past sometimes they both blink at the same time when they are sending or receiving data.Green means the modem isn't able to lock the upstream signal. Make sure the coax is tight on the modem and the wall, if that doesn't do it you'll have to call in and get a tech. Turn off then Unplug the router again, then unplug the coax cable. Wait a couple of minutes.
