I read over on another forum about using 7mm rem mag brass resized down to 257 wby. I gave that a go the other night and it worked just fine. After light trimming the only difference i noticed besides the head stamp is that tge neck is 050" shorter using the 7mm brass.It wasn't particularly developed with the OG cartridges in mind. As for the '06, it has the same case capacity as the .270 Win. So you sort of have to look at published '06 120 grain data and start there and sort of look at the published .270 Win 130 gr published data.
